With the exception of the past week when we had to travel back home for a funeral and things fell apart. We had some trouble avoiding a lot of the foods we had been off for about three weeks. So far, ice cream and dairy has been the hardest thing to give up, but also causes the worst side effects that I’ve run into. The coconut based dairy replacements are pretty good though.
